Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification should include: identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake, your name and contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with applicable law, Brimstone Report maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Sources that repeatedly publish content resulting in valid takedown requests may be removed from our aggregation feed.
